Coaching is a collaborative, goal-focused process that helps build practical skills around planning, organization, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through.
Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on what’s happening now and what to do next. Sessions are action-oriented and tailored to how each person’s brain works.

For younger clients, we work exclusively with parents.
We focus on:
Reducing conflict and power struggles
Supporting skill-building without constant reminders
Helping parents shift from “manager” to “supporter” over time
The structure is tailored to each family’s needs.

Therapy focuses on mental health, diagnosis, and emotional processing.
Tutoring focuses on academic content.
Coaching focuses on skills, systems, and strategies for daily life.
Coaching does not replace therapy or medication but can work alongside them very effectively.

No. A formal diagnosis is not required.
Many people struggle with executive function challenges regardless of diagnosis, and coaching can still be helpful.

Sessions are structured but flexible. We may:
Review what’s working and what isn’t
Identify specific challenges from the week
Build or refine systems and strategies
Practice skills together
Plan realistic next steps
For adolescents, sessions are developmentally appropriate and collaborative, not lecture-based.

Coaching is not covered by insurance and is offered as a private-pay service. I offer packages of 8 sessions. In addition, I have a sliding-scale fee and can discuss on our initial consultation.
